Job Requirements: (What You Offer?)
Role: Sr. Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central Functional Consultant
Experience: 4-7 Years
Location: Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Noida, Pune
Responsibilities: (What You Would Need?)
1. Requirements Analysis
- Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their business processes and requirements.
- Analyze and document client needs to ensure a clear understanding of business objectives.
2. Solution Design
- Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central solutions to meet client business requirements.
- Provide recommendations for best practices in leveraging Dynamics NAV/BC functionalities.
- Create functional specifications and documentation for system customization and configuration.
3. Implementation
- Lead or participate in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC projects.
- Configure and customize Dynamics NAV/BC modules based on client requirements.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the system meets specified requirements.
4. Training and Support
- Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure effective system utilization.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics NAV/BC users.
- Collaborate with technical teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.
5. Client Communication
- Act as a liaison between the client and development teams to ensure clear communication of requirements.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
6. Upgrades and Enhancements
- Stay informed about updates and new features in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC.
- Assist clients in upgrading to newer versions of Dynamics NAV/BC.
- Propose and implement enhancements to improve system functionality.
